There is the additional benefit of a conference room that can be scheduled for large meetings or other special use. The Ruder Building is like a small family. Comprised of small businesses, we all know each other and as in any neighborhood, we go to each other and ask to borrow things and ask each other to receive packages if we are not here. It is a unique atmosphere in which to work.

The management is excellent. I have never come to work and not been able to use the parking lot due to a storm. The snow and ice removal has always been done. The parking lot and the surrounding grounds are well maintained and the gardens always have some flowers in bloom. The windows are washed regularly, the hall carpets are cleaned and the friendly management responds quickly if there is a need for maintenance… which, fortunately does not happen often.”

“I moved into the Premier Building in July of 2007. I find the location and access of the Premier Building to be very conducive for my business needs and those of my clients. It is centrally located near I-170 and Olive Blvd in Olivette, making it easy for clients to locate when traveling from practically any part of town.
