Comprised of small businesses, we all know each other and as in any neighborhood, we go to each other and ask to borrow things and ask each other to receive packages if we are not here. It is a unique atmosphere in which to work.
The management is excellent. I have never come to work and not been able to use the parking lot due to a storm. The snow and ice removal has always been done. The parking lot and the surrounding grounds are well maintained and the gardens always have some flowers in bloom. The windows are washed regularly, the hall carpets are cleaned and the friendly management responds quickly if there is a need for maintenance… which, fortunately does not happen often.”
